DAMAGED GOODS 

Please note that our products are handmade and therefore each has unique characteristics. 

IMPORTANT INFO ONLY FOR RAW ALUMINIUM: Due to the raw nature of aluminum, scratches and irregularities on the surface at the back of the shelf can’t be prevented from the start. The material will beautifully patinate over time, changes in color and marks will happen. 

If the piece may happen to be distorted by bending, it will automatically straighten out when mounted on the wall. 

However, if your item arrives damaged in any way we ask you to reach out to us immediately.

RETURNS

You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email to hello@hausofhart.com with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. We will send you the return address via mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If the return was approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
